[time to have tea in the main hall! which is curiously empty?

when akane enters, lune will be neatly seated at a low table, already drinking a cup of tea. the mug of it disappears into their hood, but there is a content noise from it? it seems that the flowers that akane picked have been neatly gathered into a small arrangement on the table

warmly:]

It is good to see you again.

[specialdog]

[ Akane flashes a smile and plops down across from Lune. ]

Not that it's been very long, but how have you been?

[cyclists]

Hmmm.... busy. I would say that I enjoy it, and am glad that there is something to do after all the quiet, but it is also far more active than I am used to being.

[lune why]

Shall I pour you a cup of tea?

[specialdog]

Please.

[ Akane watches them pour, quiet for a moment. Mulling over what to say... ]

What did you do when it was "quiet"? Just sit around all day?

week 0, tuesday

[cyclists]

[lune loves flowers and they appear to be sitting in front of the boutique with them today. they rest on the bench besides them as they wait for akane, and then they greet her warmly]

Akane.

How are you faring?

[specialdog]

That's a tough question after this weekend...

[ People are dying, Lune! But that said, she plops down to sit, too. ]

But I'm still here, so I'm checking in, like you said.

[cyclists]

Mm, you are right... and I am pleased to say that I will be able to readjust your accommodations if you but complete a simple task in exchange.

For your power source and a cord for your phone - you will need to do something to lift the spirits and energize three other people.

It is unfortunately not something that I can grant to you freely. Favoritism is a rather worrisome thing.

week 2, monday

[cyclists]

[it would appear as though they're going to the library today! lune will be outside waiting for akane, giving her a gentle wave when she approaches]

Thank you for the flowers. I believe I am growing quite a collection.

Hopefully I will be able to find a green thumb for myself.

[specialdog]

[ She laughs because her first thought is: You're welcome, I picked them, they're dead! :) But she likes Lune enough to keep that to herself... ]

I believe I once told someone that I would like to share their favorite snack with them.

If you would be willing to share yours with me, perhaps we may enjoy that next?

week 2, monday

[cyclists]

[Sol is not at all surprised that the offering is small, but an offering is an offering and it's why they're sitting on the table in front of them when Akane enters the library. Sol seems to have a few pieces of paper in front of them along with a black crayon as they work on something.]

…they're nice. Thanks. [Awkwardly, they slouch in their seat to use a foot and push a chair out for her. Have a seat, Akane.]

[ Wow, Sol really is way less formal than Lune. Akane blinks, then takes the seat. ]

It's not like I grew them myself or anything.

[cyclists]

[Yeah that happens. There's a shrug in response.] Well no, but half the time people just send notes without anything attached.

[Not that they mind since they'll always show up regardless of what's sent, but it's still sort of nice.]

week 3, wednesday

[cyclists]

[lune is waiting in the main hall today, by where the portal is open and ready to go!! they regard akane warmly as she approaches again, tilting their head underneath their hood]

Good day, Akane.

Is there something new I may be able to assist you with?

[specialdog]

[ She approaches, looking chipper! ]

I was just curious about something.

You guys always know who the corrupted is or who the killer is, right? That's why even though you can't tell us, you can give us hints?

[cyclists]

Yes, that is correct. While we are not present on Thursday evenings, we have ways to review what had happened while we were gone.

Why do you ask?

Week 4, Wednesday

[cyclists]

[Well okay, Akane will find Sol waiting for her in the library of the castle, seated on a table and patiently biding his time. He lifts a hand when she approaches.]

What's going on? [The flowers are probably somewhere safe.]

[specialdog]

[ She waves in greeting! ]

Everyone's been getting cool stuff in exchange for favors, so I wanted to ask for some stuff, too!

[cyclists]

Oh yeah? What're you looking for? [Akane...] And you do know you've gotta complete a task to do it, right?

Week 5 Wednesday

[cyclists]

[Hewwo. Sol's just appearing in front of Akane before she gets too far from the river.]

What's up?

[specialdog]

[ Augh, that startles her enough that she's not. as eloquent as she would like to be. ]

I did the thing. That you asked.

[cyclists]

[Haha. That's probably why he did it tbf.]

Yeah? [Hm..] What're the results?

[Give him deets.]

week 5, friday

[cyclists]

[lune won't make akane walk too far - once the offering disappears off into the distance, she'll hear footsteps. they approach, the flowers gently held in one hand]

And how might I be able to help you, Akane?

[is that even possible right now? though at least - they'll offer]
