He relaxes a little though not long after that.]

[ and then, to be an ass, puts a finger on his chin ]

I want to ask how we're supposed to get back to you guys on those nights when the village goes dark. If there's a way we can do that or do anything to stop this from happening. And I want to ask some more about the gateways. If I can open corridors to those places, why not others?

You stand a better chance than some people. The universe asked us to pick people for the roles you were given, which means there's a better understanding and a higher chance of getting information.

[Another reason he chose Axel for the Corona.] Lune and I picked ourselves, but we didn't pick what they do or anything like that.
