Corona

Every Tuesday, the Corona will meet with the Signs and be presented with three choices to help or hinder the game's progress. This may include items, effects, scenarios or more. However, they will not be provided any further information about these choices and their results will vary. They will have to pick wisely.

Should the Corona choose to not pick at all, the Signs will pick for them instead and inflict a punishment on the Corona.

When the Signs seeks to summon the Corona, a portal will appear when they find themselves alone. Upon entering the door, they will be brought into a tea room where the Signs are waiting for them. When their visit in the room concludes and they choose to exit, the portal will disappear. The Corona will find that no matter how long they spent in the tea room, no time has elapsed outside of the portal.

Additional notes:
The Corona will be allowed to ask questions about the ongoings of the games and communicate with the Signs in their weekly meetings. They will be able to also receive small hints in the game should they perform well, including game mechanics, locations and more. However, the information received will be up to the Signs' discretion.

Hey, any new info from the universe this week? Like... on what to do about the growing number of corrupted?

[cyclists]

Probably not an answer you're gonna like. [So yeah, he's not thrilled.] Especially since there's someone still out there that's corrupted.

[leaberator]

I already don't like anything it throws at me. So what is it?

[cyclists]

That's the thing. [What?] The growing corruption problem just means that we need eyes in multiple places. We're still trying to figure out a different way to purify them without death, but that's our answer right now.

[i.e. no answer.] We're opening up new gateways as we're finding them, but I want to try and open up more than one a week.

[leaberator]

[ ... mmm... ]

I'm going to try. [i.e. he doesn't know but he can out-stubborn the universe, maybe.]

[leaberator]

[ speaking of trying... ]

Hey. That power that can find the corruption in people. Is there only one of it?

[cyclists]

[Just. Looking up at him.]

[leaberator]

Yeah, but that doesn't mean I have to like it.

Can you at least tell me if there's any others with special jobs besides me and-- [ he just sighs ]

[:T As much as he'd love to dish everything to his mom, that doesn't always work.]

What do you know about them first of all? What did Lune tell you...?

That they existed.

I know you're not dumb. [Axel usually holds the braincell in their family, which is saying something.] Also do you really think I'd only trust that jerk with something?

[ he doesn't say anything to that first part because it sure as fuck doesn't feel like it these days, but he heaves a sigh at the second ]
