Yeah. I haven't used it yet but it could be useful if things get out of hand. I don't want to have to use it, but if people are misusing their powers or anything...I can turn them off.
Yeah. Since we don't have powers of our own here it was almost generous of the universe to give me that. [They sound a little frustrated, but hm.] All I have to do is touch a thumb to somebody's forehead and it's like a switch.
