Mm-mm. It's funny. Sometimes the power works just fine to create stuff but other times it doesn't work right. I haven't figured out why it is. I could make a camera, I bet, but I couldn't replicate a gummiphone.

I'm guessing it's because even the universe doesn't know how gummiphones work.

The chipmunks could have at least blueprints on your phone or something. What about if it needs an upgrade? What then?

[leaberator]

I think they assumed they'd be the ones doing the upgrade. Listen, Ienzo'd know more than me about it.

I'll pass on asking for now then. ...wonder how any of them would handle a place like this.

Guess it's another thing I'll have to ask the universe. I'm not going to quit until I get an answer why it was you guys.

Exactly. I've been trying to understand, and nothing's made enough sense.

Maybe the universe thought you'd feel lonely.

If only. [Yeah, he gets it.] The universe kind of sucks at actually asking what I want.

[leaberator]

Sounds about right from what I've seen it do. [ the universe... sucks. ] I dunno. You sure there's a deeper reason?

[cyclists]

Everything else in my life has had a deeper reason or some hidden meaning. Destiny. So why wouldn't something like this? That's why it's frustrating.

[leaberator]

... Maybe everything is connected some way. But... maybe that connection between all of us is the real reason we were brought here.

Hopefully we all stay connected then and get out of here alive. That's all I care about.
