Corona

Every Tuesday, the Corona will meet with the Signs and be presented with three choices to help or hinder the game's progress. This may include items, effects, scenarios or more. However, they will not be provided any further information about these choices and their results will vary. They will have to pick wisely.

Should the Corona choose to not pick at all, the Signs will pick for them instead and inflict a punishment on the Corona.

When the Signs seeks to summon the Corona, a portal will appear when they find themselves alone. Upon entering the door, they will be brought into a tea room where the Signs are waiting for them. When their visit in the room concludes and they choose to exit, the portal will disappear. The Corona will find that no matter how long they spent in the tea room, no time has elapsed outside of the portal.

Additional notes:
The Corona will be allowed to ask questions about the ongoings of the games and communicate with the Signs in their weekly meetings. They will be able to also receive small hints in the game should they perform well, including game mechanics, locations and more. However, the information received will be up to the Signs' discretion.

Pretty sure if someone dies this week, it records the last few minutes...[So that's. Morbid.]

[ he peers at it ]

What if there's multiples, like last time? Does it ... pick one at random?

[cyclists]

That part I'm not sure of...but something's better than nothing. [Hm.] Want me to hold onto this?

[leaberator]

Yeah. [ he grimaces a bit ] Maybe if we do need it, I'll be able to use it this time.

[ everyone throwing their stuff on water ruined fingerprinting day ]

[cyclists]

[There's a nod and he's whisking the recorder away to hold onto]

I hope so. You've been doing okay finding culprits so far. If it'll help, we'll have this as a secret weapon.

[leaberator]

[ ha ha let's not talk about finding culprits ]

Yeah. I can pull that out when we're inevitably floundering.

[cyclists]

If worst comes to worst you can ask for it with your hint. It might look less suspicious that way.

[leaberator]

That's what I was planning to do last week if things had panned out differently, so that works for me.

[cyclists]

Good call. [The box also disappears somewhere.] But...let's hope we won't have to use it. Four was way too many to lose in a day.

[leaberator]

[ the word four is tainted for him, so he sighs, looking away ]

No kidding. Six total, at the end of it.

[cyclists]

[...]

He's not mad at you, I don't think. [This isn't the time to talk about this, but haha.]

[leaberator]

[ he crosses his arms on his chest ]

I know he's not. That's the problem. The one time he's got a good reason to be mad at me...!

[cyclists]

Do you want me to tell him that? [Axel can't see his face but he can probably tell Sol is raising an eyebrow.]

...I don't always get along with him, but I think he really has learned something in being here. Maybe that's why.

[leaberator]

No.

[ he's. bristling, at first, but he sighs ]

It doesn't matter. I gave him the option, he didn't want it-- that's all there is to it.

[cyclists]

[...]

...if he doesn't write to you, I'll hit him myself. [Just saying. He will aggressively bully Saix now that literally no one can stop him.]

[leaberator]

[ he blinks, surprised, but-- he lets out a breath, smiling a little ]

What do you think he'd even say? C'mon.

[cyclists]

[He's gonna try? You can tell Sipp that even if she doesn't thread with me that's a thing that's going to happen because Sol is a dumbass.]

I don't know, but I don't see a reason he wouldn't write from over there. You know the dead are getting information and stuff, but…it's less boring when you have people to talk to and stuff to look forward to.

[Why is he being kind of a Saix-stan? There's a reason for that.] He can't ignore everything forever.

[leaberator]

... He already only talks to insult me, an' now you want him to do it over writing? Gee, thanks.

[ it's not accurate, but it's worth the joke. ]

Why are you being so gung-ho about this?

[cyclists]

Just because I can't directly tell you stuff doesn't mean he can't. [Ah.] And like I said, he can't ignore everything forever.

[leaberator]

[ ah, there, that makes more sense. ]

Believe me, he can.

[cyclists]

Well, then I'm not letting him. [He will kick Saix in the shins if he has to. Saix maybe doesn't deserve this, but oh well.]

[leaberator]

You gonna kick his butt into gear, then?

[cyclists]

Are you kidding? I've got the higher rank here. [So yes. This is payback.]

[leaberator]

[ he's laughing ]
