Corona

Every Tuesday, the Corona will meet with the Signs and be presented with three choices to help or hinder the game's progress. This may include items, effects, scenarios or more. However, they will not be provided any further information about these choices and their results will vary. They will have to pick wisely.

Should the Corona choose to not pick at all, the Signs will pick for them instead and inflict a punishment on the Corona.

When the Signs seeks to summon the Corona, a portal will appear when they find themselves alone. Upon entering the door, they will be brought into a tea room where the Signs are waiting for them. When their visit in the room concludes and they choose to exit, the portal will disappear. The Corona will find that no matter how long they spent in the tea room, no time has elapsed outside of the portal.

Additional notes:
The Corona will be allowed to ask questions about the ongoings of the games and communicate with the Signs in their weekly meetings. They will be able to also receive small hints in the game should they perform well, including game mechanics, locations and more. However, the information received will be up to the Signs' discretion.

Week 3

[cyclists]

[On Tuesday of Week 3, the Corona will find themselves drawn into a portal that brings them into the tea room. The long, low black table in the center of the room is empty for now.

When they look up, Sol and Lune will be present and available for questions.]

SOL

[cyclists]

[leaberator]

[ axel stares at the ceiling after reading his options ]

I gotta ask--do you guys just come into existence when I finish reading, or is this like when we'd lie in wait in a dark corridor to make a dramatic entrance in the Organization?

[ he probably has legit questions but this? Is more important ]

[cyclists]

Not all of us made dramatic entrances, you know. [Some more than others...but he sighs.] But you know we kinda wait around until we're summoned, yeah.

[leaberator]

[ axel does not make a joke about dramatic exits, because. yeah. ]

You say that like you got nothin' else to do.

[cyclists]

[A deadeyed stare. Not that Axel can see from under the hood, but it's there.]

I spend more time in my room lately than I think I ever have in my whole life. [So yeah, outside of monitoring everyone and showing up for summons he's got nothing.]

[leaberator]

[ take it OFF roxas!!!! >:/ ]

Aw, man. I'm kinda jealous. Wanna switch roles?

[cyclists]

[No, Grandpa is right there!!!]

And give everybody another excuse to yell at me? I'll pass. [He's joking, mostly...] It's not as great as it sounds anyway.

[leaberator]

[ grandpa can also take it off? everyone take it off ]

Well, yeah, for you. You've never been any good at taking a break.

LUNE

[cyclists]

[leaberator]

Hiya, Lune. [ this question is........worse ] About those dreams Shess has been having... Any clue when they'll stop?

[cyclists]

[oh yea this is so much worse]

... not as soon as he'd like, I'm afraid.

[leaberator]

[ winces ]

Oh. Yikes. Really don't envy him right now. [ he. waves a hand ] It's not a role, so is it one of those rewards causing it?

[cyclists]

[well it's not like lune is allowed to confirm such a thing

so there's just a happy little hum ♪ ]

Each of you and the way you interact with each other is so fascinating.

[leaberator]

I'm taking that as a yes, but also, I don't think Shess would agree with ya there.

[ rip. anyway moving on it's not his problem uwu: ]

I know [ well. he is PRETTY SURE ] there's six of us with these roles, and the partner one switches... Two of 'em are Hisoka and Emma, so is there anything you can tell me about the remaining two?

[cyclists]

Hmm....

The remaining two are share being protective in nature - and done with the intent to care after all of you.

[aka lune is kind of a fan of them]

[leaberator]

Protective...

[ hmmmm ]

So... either being able to protect someone from being corrupted or protecting someone from someone who is? [ he waves a hand ] I know you can't answer that one, I'm just thinking out loud.

CHOICE

[cyclists]

The choices this week are Small, Medium or Large.

Please respond to this top-level by Wednesday at 8 AM PST with a choice!

[leaberator]

I'm gonna go with Large.

[ please insert the song from cats don't dance about big and loud here ]

[cyclists]

[Not long after Axel makes his choice, a box appears on the table. Inside is a small talisman that Sol picks up and examines.]

Nice pick. [There's a hint of a grin under the hood.] This is really gonna help you out if you know when to use it. It'll help you check one statement from anybody during a trial that you think might be a lie, and it'll tell you if it's truthful or not.

[i.e. congrats on a lie detection item.]

[leaberator]

[ ... huh. his eyes are narrowed as he thinks it over, but he holds out his hand for it once sol is done examining it ]

It wouldn't work on someone corrupted if they haven't figured out they did it, right?

[ since. the horse seemed to genuinely not know, unlike mary.

ha ha ]

[cyclists]

Depends on what you ask, I think. [Handing the scroll over...] But it can be used for other questions you might...y'know, question.

[leaberator]

Hey, good to know.

[ hm ]

Is this a thing where I've got the talisman, or are you gonna hand it out at trial again?

[cyclists]

Yeah. So even if it's not someone corrupted you could just ask to check alibis or something like that. [Any question!! But.]

You can keep this one. I'm pretty sure it has to be used this trial or it won't work anymore though if it's what the universe gave you for the week.

[leaberator]

So... try not to waste it, basically?

[ he'll pocket that, then. ]

Alright. We'll see how that works out. [ he grins ] I'm on a roll with no bad choices. Three's a pattern!
