[ this is a miserable topic, but whatever. They put themself in this hole. And they'd better play along if they want their arm back. ]

... Some of us were destroyed recently by the Lunarians. But the biggest loss is because there was a traitor among us who convinced some of the others to join them.

We survived. Recovery or not, we'll continue to exist.

[ they don't know if things will get better, or if they're simply drawing towards an inevitable ending for everything, but they do know that, somehow, they and the others are still hanging on to their fragile existence. ]
