We’ve actually spoken about it a lot which is why i had to hum and haw about it a lot lmf.

Anyways, Futaba adores this Ahou so much to the point that I’d rather her not? It’s legit a poking him until she gets burned and then goes right back to it situation and i hate that a lot. But at the same time, she’s reminded so much of Sojiro right down to that asshole grumpy nature and the way he was secretly gooey to small creatures and unfed gremlins.

Of course with her having died so early, i thought cr would end there but thanks to Tsuru being ‘Kara-bou is the best!’ and her disaster with the tweets, their social link just kept rolling.

It honestly does really help that he’s pretty on the eyes.

And then there’s her fandom shipper heart who is like, yes good I need the drama tv in my life and Kara + Lili were clearly there to prove. But then she got attached and just really wanted them both to be happy which is how she ended up just yelling in frustration at him on their return trip which, to this day will always be funny.

AND HE KEPT SURVIVING??? So her survivor lms cheering kept going AND THEN SHE GOT IT RIGHT AT THE END WHICH NGL FILLS HER WITH SMUG PRIDE but she really wishes he didn’t have to but understood why he needed to. It’s just awful all the way around tho. Ugh. But she appreciates his nature for not faltering all the way to the end and legit fireballing a path home for them. Thanks Kara.
