GOD OK the first impression was basically just that north seemed like a very serious and no-nonsense person who naminé wasn't entirely sure she'd get along with?? it's not that she didn't think she'd like north, but she wasn't sure if north would like her because naminé knows that she gives the impression of being very meek and timid and she kind of assumed that someone like that would just get on north's nerves lmao, so at the start she just kind of stayed out of north's way mostly aside from when they would interact in trials?? it was fine

this changed when they did the mini-event together!! because nothing quite changes your opinion on someone like when you almost die together, and then north stabbing naminé while she was drugged up. and naminé was immediately just WOW! GOTTA TAKE THIS SECRET TO THE GRAVE WITH ME! because even if it was an accident she didn't want people to blame north for that, and she knew some people would not be happy with north if that came out. but it also meant that she started talking to north a lot more often?? so north was one of the people she'd regularly go to after body announcements and stuff to just. talk. before emma and north became friends, north got brought up in a conversation and emma was like ugh north and naminé was just "i think she's nice????"

that said, they never really exchanged information with each other. i think that north was someone naminé would have been comfortable to do so with? but north never brought anything up. it's kind of like what i said in emma's comment in that, naminé figured north didn't want to talk plot with her, so she just never mentioned it. the only time was when naminé just casually mentioned that she was aware of the lms thing before it became fully public, and even then the two of them sort of just danced around the topic instead of blatantly discussing it. but the only reason naminé really brought that up was because she knew north killed julius. THAT WHOLE THREAD WAS FUNNY BC NORTH WAS ACTING LIKE SHE DIDN'T KILL HIM while naminé internally was just like "god. i fucking know. it's fine."

but yea, north was one of the people that naminé would have trusted to be lms? she always worked hard and helped and wanted to make sure things get done and that seemed like a fine candidate. although i do have to mention that while naminé would have trusted north with all of this, naminé 100% would not have told north if she did a murder or something uncorrupted because she would have fully expected north to out her, lmao. it just be that way. but north was just a person she liked to talk to and got along with even if they didn't get that close.... they never talked about anything personal or what they did before they came to the village but that's fine. it's all good. sometimes it be like that
