RAD DAD. I’m sad they never threaded that out but in my heart, Futaba presented him with that cup within the last week or so. She’s so thankful she had his soothing presence there when she entered the graveyard, half terrified out of her mind. And then he ended up being a fellow chaotic being and as the stories go, she fell in platonic dokis.

She just? Admires him so much???? As someone who’s been here nearly as long as she is and not losing his goddamn marbles in fretting about the others and the fact that he was there for almost everyone when they showed up as well? What a good influence on tiny gremlins.

That’s not even getting into all the shit he let her ‘explain’ and went with it. Do you know how nice it was to have someone want to actually play with her without any expectations??? He’s honestly probably is one of the legit few to actually have done so outside of Akiren. He just let her be her absolutely weirdest self and rolled with it and she’s honestly just so grateful. WHAT A GOOD CRANE DAD.
